		<description>I guess I see the sauce as being permanently available, so that, no matter how many burgers you have, the sauce is constantly in the cupboard waiting to be poured.

		<description>I don&#039;t necessarily see Social Marketing as campaign based. I just see it as an increasingly necessary area an organisation has to be aware of.

At the point of awareness, not being involved and engaged is then ridiculous. If you know customers are saying bad things and do nothing, that&#039;s crazy. If customers are saying good stuff, shout it out to everyone!</description>
